Wilwood Front Black Dynalite/SRP Conversion, Chevrolet Impala/Caprice/Bel Air/Biscayne (1965–1968), Drilled/Slotted 11-Inch Rotors

Drilled/slotted SRP rotors and black Dynalite calipers identify this Wilwood front drum-to-disc conversion. Its 11-inch rings mount through adapter plates to new hubs, with bearings, BP-10 pads and the specified brackets supplied. The kit is intended for the matching 1965–1968 full-size Chevrolet drum-spindle configuration. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. • Hydraulic flex lines are separate. Master cylinder, booster and spindles are not included; retain or select suitable matching components.
• Conditional minimum wheel diameter: 14 inches. Verify the complete clearance drawing for barrel and spoke offset before purchase.
• Wheel seating: the specified support spacer is required when the wheel contact face overhangs the hub. The support spacer is included with this kit. For stamped steel wheels without overhang, use the specified hub shield, obtained separately.

Fitment & Compatibility

Inspect the installed spindle instead of relying on the current brake appearance after prior modifications. The model-specific table and DS830 establish the mounting arrangement and bearing layout. Check the outward wheel offset and both available hub bolt circles against the chosen wheels. The required wheel spacer condition concerns overhanging contact surfaces and must not be ignored. Select hydraulic flex lines separately and compare the caliper profile to the entire wheel section, including spoke depth.
