Wilwood Rear Red Four-Piston Brake Conversion, Chevrolet Corvette C4 1985–1987, 12.88-Inch SRP Rotors

The red-caliper version of this Wilwood Corvette C4 rear kit pairs SRP rotors with radial-mount Superlite 4R brakes. Each rotor measures 12.88 inches in diameter and 1.10 inches in width, with the friction ring bolted to a separate hat. Supplied BP-10 pads are the selected compound for this drilled/slotted configuration. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines. Fitment & Compatibility

Confirm the vehicle has the 1985–1987 C4 rear hardware shown in the installation drawing. Hub registration, mounting-face condition and caliper shimming matter to rotor alignment. Retain serviceable original parking-brake shoes and adjust their running clearance inside the new hats. Plan suitable flex lines separately; the original hose arrangement does not by itself establish compatibility. A 17-inch wheel is the conditional starting size, with the entire clearance profile needing verification.
