Wilwood Front Red 14-Inch GT Rotor and Superlite Hub Kit, Later GM Disc-Spindle Cars (1979–1990)

This Wilwood front package pairs red Superlite calipers with 14-inch GT slotted rotors for the later GM disc-spindle layout. Replacement aluminum hubs and separate hats locate the 72-curved-vane friction rings. The brake assembly and its +0.17-inch wheel mounting change must both be included in wheel selection. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Select the later GM knuckle by its original 11-inch-rotor application and the precise model/year entry, then follow DS613 for spindle work. The 72-curved-vane GT rotor belongs to this 14-inch assembly, so the smaller-brake wheel diagram cannot establish clearance. Replacement hubs shift the mounting face +0.17 inches from the stated reference. Verify the wheel register and stud pattern, inspect tire position and compare spoke depth with the correct template. Finish the separate hydraulic connection and system-balance checks before bedding.
