Wilwood Front Black 14-Inch SRP Brake/Hub Kit, Later GM Passenger-Car Disc Spindles (1979–1990)

Black Superlite calipers and 14-inch drilled/slotted rotors form this Wilwood front hub package. The replacement hubs and separate hats fit the later GM 11-inch-rotor spindle arrangement. This conversion carries a +0.17-inch mounting-position change, which is separate from the clearance space required by the larger caliper and rotor. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

For this later-GM package, the Firebird and Camaro dates differ from the Caprice and Parisienne dates shown below. The original rotor-spindle combination must be identified before using the broad model list. DS613 describes the retained-knuckle preparation for the 14-inch rotor and radial caliper arrangement. Include the +0.17-inch hub shift when evaluating the tire's position. The wheel's inner spoke face must clear the caliper template independently of that shift. Complete the installation with suitable hoses and verify brake balance after bleeding.
