Wilwood Rear Black 14-Inch GT Brake Conversion, Corvette C2/C3 (1965–1982), OE Parking Brake

The 14-inch GT rotor gives this black-caliper Wilwood Corvette rear kit a larger friction ring than the 12.88-inch package. Four-piston Superlite calipers and BP-20 pads provide hydraulic braking, while the new hats work with the original parking shoes. Hubs and parking mechanisms are retained after inspection. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Confirm the C2/C3 rear axle arrangement and the condition of the original drum parking components. Check stud diameter and pattern against the hat, especially on modified hubs. DS625 covers bracket alignment and possible sway-bar end-link bolt reversal. Use the 18-inch wheel guidance only with the actual clearance template, and select suitable rear hydraulic lines separately.
