Wilwood Front Red Dynalite Drilled/Slotted Brake Conversion, Mustang II/Pinto/Bobcat (1974–1980), 12.19-Inch

Red Dynalite calipers work over drilled/slotted 12.19-inch-diameter × 0.81-inch-wide rotors in this Wilwood front hub kit. Aluminum replacement hubs provide the five-lug wheel mounting arrangement. The kit's brackets are designed around the original disc spindle, which must be identified independently of any aftermarket caliper already on the car. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check the exact vehicle year and spindle against DS614 before dismantling the brakes. Match the supported wheel bolt circle and stud dimensions, and confirm the wheel register seats properly on the new hub. Hydraulic flex lines are not included. Use the wheel template to verify caliper-to-spoke clearance, then inspect pedal travel and hydraulic balance with the rear brakes.
