This Wilwood rear conversion fits the deeper 2.71-inch drum-hub arrangement used with the specified 180 × 30 mm drums. Black CPB calipers provide hydraulic braking and cable parking over plain 11-inch vented rotors. The hat offset is different from both the 2.46-inch drum kit and the original-disc-hub package. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

The early Civic rows extend from 1988 through the specified 1995 configurations; CRX and Civic del Sol have their own narrower production windows. Those applications share the relevant 180 × 30 mm drum-hub arrangement, not every Honda rear hub. A 2.71-inch measurement must be confirmed at the installed hub. During conversion, arrange the hose connection and parking-lever cable interface, then compare the proposed wheel with DS601's brake profile. Original-disc and 2.46-inch drum hubs need a different hat package.
