Wilwood Rear Red CPB Brake/Parking Kit, Ford Mustang (1994–2004), 12.88-Inch SRP Rotors, Solid Axle

This Wilwood rear brake kit fits the Mustang's specified solid-axle layout with red CPB calipers and drilled/slotted 12.88-inch rotors. The parking lever operates mechanically within the same caliper used for hydraulic braking. Rotor hats and mounting brackets are configured for a 3.25-inch axle offset. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Identify the rear suspension before ordering: the Cobra IRS housing is incompatible with this kit. A 1995–1998 Mustang needs a custom rear line arrangement rather than the later hose solution. Match parking-cable ends and travel to the CPB levers, then compare the wheel with the assembly clearance template. Inspect the existing master cylinder and brake balance as part of the complete conversion.
