The SC3 square-ring kit supplies two piston seals for the manufacturer’s nominal 1.25-inch SC3 configuration. The actual seal inside diameter is listed as 0.862 inch, with a 0.099-inch section. Keeping the piston designation and ring measurement separate avoids choosing a seal by the wrong dimension. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Wilwood Engineering is based in Camarillo, California. Its disc brake systems and components serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.
