Product details

The polished long-piston DPS is an individual two-piston hydraulic caliper for a nominal 0.19-inch rotor width. It combines the 3.75-inch lug interface with 1.75-inch stainless pistons in a billet body. The long-piston construction and thin opening are working differences that must match the original brake package. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977. The manufacturer produces disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with a range covering calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Individual components are chosen to suit the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Compare the installed caliper reference and the 0.15–0.25-inch rotor thickness range before replacement. Verify bracket offset and pad sweep using the full mounting dimensions. The polished finish does not alter hydraulic area, inlet requirements or wheel clearance, all of which should be checked for the completed assembly.

With over 20 years of parts experience, PMB Performance can help compare this component with your existing brake assembly. Include its caliper reference and any conversion-kit information.
