Product details

This GM Metric iron caliper uses a single 2.75-inch stainless piston in a casting made for that bore size. It is a new component for the documented GM Metric racing or conversion arrangement. Its larger piston option should be chosen to achieve the intended hydraulic balance; approval of another bore size does not establish eligibility for this caliper. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Wilwood Engineering is based in Camarillo, California. Its disc brake systems and components serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are among its products, selected according to the complete brake system’s requirements.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the D154 mounting and pad format, rotor dimensions and brake-circuit sizing. Wilwood requires hardened slide-pin bolts from kit 230-0619, supplied separately. Confirm the 5.46-inch mount centers and M10 x 1.50 inlet, and check the rules of any restricted racing class before selecting the larger bore.
