Product details

The right-hand metric PS-1 uses two 1.12-inch stainless pistons in a clear-anodized cast aluminum body. Its M10 x 1.25 inlet distinguishes the hydraulic connection from the smaller-bore NPT version. This compact caliper uses the 2.50-inch lug format for a dimensionally matched thin-rotor brake assembly. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977; the company is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, from calipers and brake rotors to master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications; selection depends on the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check the right-hand body, threaded mounting details and fitting specification against FL40 and the exact part drawing. A rotor must lie within the listed 6.00–9.00-inch diameter envelope and width limits. Confirm pad placement and the master-cylinder sizing required by the larger PS-1 piston option before installation.
