The black right front Wilwood TX6-DM combines six stainless pistons with the direct-lug geometry of the earlier Ford heavy-duty truck conversion. Its 8.47-inch center spacing identifies the 2005–2012 F-250/F-350 caliper arrangement. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized use, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

- Attachment geometry: lug mount with 8.47-inch centers; right hand.
- Rotor dimensions: outside diameter 15.00 inches; nominal width 1.50 inch, with width limits of 1.42–1.50 inch.
- Pad fit uses shape 10120. Match the pad to the rotor and intended operating conditions.
- Bore sequence 2.00/1.88/1.88 inches across 6 pistons. Piston construction: stainless steel; specified effective area 8.70 square inches.
- Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Match the fitting thread and sealing arrangement to the brake hose.
- Construction and surface: forged aluminum, finished in Black Powder Coat.
- Caliper component weight: approximately 14.1 lb.
- Component: one individual hydraulic brake caliper. Select the mating rotor, pads, mounting hardware and line connection to suit the complete brake assembly.
- Piston dust boots: yes.
Fitment & Compatibility
Confirm the correct 2005–2010 or 2011–2012 package and flexline specification before selecting replacement hardware. The matched 15.00-inch-diameter rotor with 1.50-inch width and wheel clearance remain essential, even where the caliper's mounting holes align.
