The red left front Aero6-DM is a Wilwood six-piston caliper for the defined Bronco/Ranger brake conversion. Its 6.52-square-inch effective area and 7.48-inch lug centers identify the selected hardware; the matching rotor and flexline determine the remainder of the fit. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.

- Bore sequence 1.75/1.62/1.62 inches across 6 pistons. Piston construction: stainless steel; specified effective area 6.52 square inches.
- Rotor dimensions: outside diameter 12.19–13.38 inches; nominal width 1.25 inch, with width limits of 1.10–1.28 inch.
- Attachment geometry: lug mount with 7.48-inch centers; left hand. 0.48-inch holes; 3.51-inch mounting height.
- Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Match the fitting thread and sealing arrangement to the brake hose.
- Construction and surface: forged aluminum, finished in Red Powder Coat.
- Pad fit uses shape 6617. Match the pad to the rotor and intended operating conditions.
- Component: one individual hydraulic brake caliper. Select the mating rotor, pads, mounting hardware and line connection to suit the complete brake assembly.
- Piston dust boots: no.
- Caliper component weight: approximately 8.9 lb.
Fitment & Compatibility
Supported model ranges are Ford Bronco 2021–2024 and Ranger 2019–2022 in the specified package. Bronco must have the 2.3L vacuum-booster arrangement, with e-booster-equipped vehicles excluded. Confirm wheel and rotor clearance before fitting this individual caliper.
