Product details

The red right-hand Wilwood XRS6R shown here uses six stainless pistons and a nominal 1.25-inch rotor channel. Its 4.04-square-inch effective area is paired with a radial mount, retaining the XRS family's internal transfer passages and open center bridge. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Wilwood Engineering is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc braking systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with a component range covering calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

Technical Details

  • Caliper component weight: approximately 5.3 lb.

Fitment & Compatibility

Before installation, compare the bore sequence with the caliper being replaced and establish the correct rotor direction. Check pad clearance and bleed access with the bracket torqued in the intended position.

With 20+ years of experience, PMB Performance can help assess the brake hardware. Provide the caliper number, rotor dimensions and bracket measurements when asking about compatibility.
