Product details
An anodized Wilwood XRS6R housing contains six differential-bore pistons in this right-hand configuration. The 1.62/1.12/1.12-inch sequence produces 4.04 square inches of effective area for a nominal 1.10-inch rotor-width assembly. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Wilwood Engineering is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc braking systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with a component range covering calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.
Technical Details
- Manufacturer part number: 120-17211. Type: Forged XRS6R Radial Mount caliper.
- Brake pad shape: 10416. Choose pad dimensions and friction material for the brake system.
- Caliper body: forged aluminum; finish: Type III Anodize.
- Rotor channel: 1.10-inch nominal width. Specified width limits: 1.00–1.10 inch; rotor outside diameter: 11.75–14.00 inches.
- Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Match the fitting thread and sealing arrangement to the brake hose.
- Piston arrangement: 6 stainless steel pistons; bore specification 1.62/1.12/1.12 inches. Effective piston area: 4.04 square inches.
- Mounting: radial, 5.98-inch centers; orientation: right hand. 0.39-inch holes; 1.45-inch mounting height.

- Caliper component weight: approximately 5.2 lb.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check bore sequence and rotation before matching the 5.98-inch radial bracket. Brake balance depends on the hydraulic layout as well as the caliper's physical mounting, so vehicle identity alone is insufficient.
With 20+ years of experience, PMB Performance can help assess the brake hardware. Provide the caliper number, rotor dimensions and bracket measurements when asking about compatibility.
