Check your Porsche’s brake setup

Vehicle application and required brake setup
Porsche application Years Position Required configuration
Porsche 911 with the matching original two-piston brake system 1969–1983 Rear Matching original two-piston rear brake arrangement; 3.00-inch mounting centers and 20 mm rotors.

Check the mounting-bolt spacing and rotor thickness actually fitted to your car, especially if struts, hubs or brakes have been changed. Turbo and Turbo-Look models with four-piston brakes are excluded.

The D31 follows the original 3.00-inch mount geometry and is compatible with the corresponding stock-size replacement rotor and factory master cylinder. It is an OE-style caliper replacement; it does not increase rotor size or replace a complete axle brake kit.

What to order with it

For a complete axle replacement, order two matching calipers. D31 pads, rotors and brake hoses are separate selections. Wilwood lists 150-10-D0031K as the BP-10 pad set for this caliper family; choose pads by the installed caliper, rather than model year alone. Confirm your hose connection and wheel clearance before installation.
