This black Wilwood AeroDM front left brake caliper for Toyota 4Runner uses a 5.04-inch lug mount and the 1.25-inch rotor-width configuration. It is sold as one caliper, with its piston and mounting specification selected for the complete brake assembly. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977, Wilwood Engineering is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Components must be selected to suit the complete brake system. AeroDM is a forged six-piston caliper using a vehicle-specific direct lug mount. It is intended for the matching Wilwood rotor and conversion geometry, rather than the stock rotor by itself. Verify the package, side and lug offset before ordering a replacement.

Fitment & Compatibility
Replacement caliper for the Wilwood AeroDM front conversion on Toyota 4Runner (2015–2021). The matching kit uses a 13.31 × 1.26-inch Wilwood rotor. Match the exact 5.04-inch lug mount, rotor centering and side; the caliper is not a stock 4Runner brake conversion on its own.
