Product details
The 5.46-inch floating attachment distinguishes this Wilwood GM Metric D154 brake caliper. This individual bare iron unit is built for the 1.04-inch-wide rotor configuration and requires accurate alignment with the mating rotor and bracket. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977. From Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines as part of its disc brake range. Its motorsport, street-performance and specialized products are chosen around the requirements of the whole braking system. This newly manufactured cast-iron GM metric caliper is a single-piston floating unit for matching racing brake systems. Use the hardened Wilwood slide pins specified for the caliper, sold separately. Inspect class rules and hose connection details before selecting it.

Fitment & Compatibility
Match the 5.46-inch floating attachment to the existing bracket, then check caliper centering over the 1.04-inch nominal-width rotor. Axle placement is determined by the engineered brake package, not by a generic caliper designation. The M10 x 1.50 connection must use the correct fitting and seal. Check the full wheel envelope with the actual bracket and rotor installed.
