Product details

For a brake assembly requiring the 1.25-inch rotor-width version, this Wilwood FNSL6R-ST left brake caliper provides the anodized configuration. Compare its radial mount and piston area with the component being replaced. The Wilwood disc brake range is designed and manufactured for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. It includes brake lines, fittings, valves and master cylinders together with calipers and brake rotors. Wilwood Engineering was founded in 1977 by Bill Wood and is based in Camarillo, California; its components must be matched to the complete braking system. The Forged Narrow Superlite 6R-ST uses radial mounting and six Thermlock insulated pistons. Radial mounting permits bracket adjustment but still requires accurate rotor centering, mounting height and pad sweep. Check the differential bores when matching an existing brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check bracket location and rotor sweep using the installation drawing; 5.98-inch radial mounting alone does not establish a vehicle fit. Use the left-hand caliper and keep the bleed arrangement in the specified orientation. Use the 1.62/1.12/1.12-inch piston-bore specification when reviewing hydraulic balance, and verify hose routing and wheel clearance.
