Product details

The rotor and bracket determine whether this red Wilwood D154-DS brake caliper is the correct choice. Its 1.04-inch rotor-width configuration works with the floating mount and 1-piston layout detailed below. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977. From Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines as part of its disc brake range. Its motorsport, street-performance and specialized products are chosen around the requirements of the whole braking system. This D154-DS floating caliper uses a single 2.50-inch stainless piston with a dust wiper seal and D154-shape pads. It replaces the matching GM metric brake arrangement only after the slider, rotor and hose connection have been checked. It is not an axle kit.

Fitment & Compatibility

This caliper requires the measured 1.04-inch rotor-width configuration and the matching floating bracket on 5.46-inch centers. Axle placement is determined by the engineered brake package, not by a generic caliper designation. Confirm the M10 x 1.50 hydraulic inlet, pad outline and total piston area with the rest of the brake system before assembly.
