Product details

An individual Wilwood D52-R brake caliper, finished in anodized, is specified here. Use the 2.38-inch piston bore, 7.06-inch mounting centers and 1.04-inch rotor width to compare it with the existing brake assembly. The D52-R is a single-piston floating race caliper using the D52 pad outline and stock-height mounting geometry. Slide pins and vibration dampeners are not supplied. Match the racing rules and the complete sliding support before installation. For motorsport, street-performance and specialized braking applications, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and their individual components. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood supplies a range encompassing calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, all selected to match the complete system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the 7.06-inch floating attachment to the existing bracket, then check caliper centering over the 1.04-inch nominal-width rotor. Axle placement is determined by the engineered brake package, not by a generic caliper designation. The 7/16-20 connection must use the correct fitting and seal. Check the full wheel envelope with the actual bracket and rotor installed.
