Product details

The left-hand AERO6 Dust Seal combines a differential six-piston arrangement with internal fluid transfer and piston dust wipers. Its 1.75/1.62/1.62-inch stainless bores correspond to 6.52 square inches of hydraulic piston area; changing to this configuration requires a brake-system sizing check. The forged, Type III anodized body uses 7.09-inch radial centers and is configured for nominal 1.25-inch rotor width. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering manufactures disc brake components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses. Its range covers calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

The dust-seal AERO6 is a six-piston caliper with differential bores and internal fluid transfer. Radial attachment allows bracket alignment in two planes; piston area and rotor-width capacity remain specific to the selected configuration.

Fitment & Compatibility

For the left-side installation, establish rotor centering and bracket height from the caliper drawing before checking the wheel template. Match the specified 6617 pad outline to the friction track and select its compound for the operating temperature. Rotor width must remain within 1.10–1.28 inches and diameter within 12.19–15.00 inches; also confirm the master cylinder, differential-piston orientation and flexline route.

This listing covers one caliper. Match the brake pads, rotor, hose and mounting arrangement to the complete brake system.
