Product details

Four 1.38-inch stainless pistons operate in this red Dynapro Radial Dust Seal caliper, with dust wipers around the pistons and internal hydraulic passages. The nominal 0.81-inch rotor-width version has 3.00 square inches of hydraulic piston area, so both the rotor and the master-cylinder combination matter when replacing a caliper. Its forged body mounts radially on 5.98-inch centers and is supplied as one component. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems and parts for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, from calipers and rotors to master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

This four-piston radial Dynapro includes piston dust wipers. The radial mounting centers are common to several rotor-width and radius versions, so bracket height, pad sweep and actual rotor dimensions must all be compared.

Fitment & Compatibility

Start with the actual rotor: this version lists 0.75–0.86-inch width and 10.75–12.19-inch diameter compatibility. Then compare the bracket offset and 1.61-inch mount height with the caliper drawing, leaving space for the red body inside the wheel. A matching bolt span alone does not confirm pad sweep, hose routing or compatibility with the existing piston-area specification.

This listing covers one caliper. Match the brake pads, rotor, hose and mounting arrangement to the complete brake system.
