Product details

Choose this right-hand Wilwood Forged Narrow Superlite 6R when the installation calls for 1.75/1.25/1.25-inch pistons and 1.25-inch rotor width. The Type III anodized 6-piston body uses a 5.98-inch radial pattern; check its complete geometry before substituting another caliper. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems and parts for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, from calipers and rotors to master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

Fitment & Compatibility

Plan the caliper installation with the rotor centered in the pad gap. Verify attachment hardware, hose connection and accessible upper bleeders, then confirm the brake system’s hydraulic balance.

This listing covers one caliper. Match the brake pads, rotor, hose and mounting arrangement to the complete brake system.

The six-piston narrow Superlite has differential bores, radial mounting and a removable center bridge. Type 7416 pads fit the friction cavity, while each rotor-width and piston-area combination must be matched to the complete brake system.

For a brake system assembled from individual components, PMB Performance brings over 20 years of experience. Contact us with the rotor, caliper and bracket information so we can help check the combination.
