Red finish and 1.25-inch bores distinguish this Wilwood Forged Narrow Superlite 4R Dust Seal configuration. It is a 4-piston brake caliper for 1.10-inch-wide rotors, with 5.98-inch radial attachment centers. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes disc brake systems and components, including calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.
The dust-seal Superlite 4R uses four equal-bore pistons and a radial mounting pattern. Its piston wipers provide environmental sealing; they do not replace the need to select pads, fluid and rotor dimensions for the intended service.
