Product details
A 6-piston Wilwood TC6R for right-hand installation, this black caliper works around a nominally 1.38-inch-wide rotor. Its 1.88/1.62/1.62-inch bore configuration and 8.27-inch radial centers are the principal dimensions to compare. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems and parts for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, from calipers and rotors to master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.
TC6R calipers use six differential-bore stainless pistons in a radial-mount body intended for heavy truck and SUV brake packages. Six bridge bolts join the body, and replaceable steel bridge plates protect the pad abutments.
Wilwood specifies rear mount clocking for this right-hand caliper. This is its orientation around the spindle, not a designation of the vehicle’s front or rear axle. Match the intended rotor rotation and upper bleed position.

Fitment & Compatibility
Check the caliper-to-bracket attachment and rotor offset before ordering. Changing piston diameter changes hydraulic requirements even when a different caliper shares the same bolt spacing.
This listing covers one caliper. Match the brake pads, rotor, hose and mounting arrangement to the complete brake system.
