Product details
The Wilwood TC6R shown here is specified for 1.38-inch rotor width, 8.27-inch radial mounting and 1.75/1.38/1.38-inch piston bores. This right-hand red 6-piston component is selected by brake-system geometry rather than vehicle year alone. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering manufactures disc brake components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses. Its range covers calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.
TC6R calipers use six differential-bore stainless pistons in a radial-mount body intended for heavy truck and SUV brake packages. Six bridge bolts join the body, and replaceable steel bridge plates protect the pad abutments.
Wilwood specifies front mount clocking for this right-hand caliper. This is its orientation around the spindle, not a designation of the vehicle’s front or rear axle. Match the intended rotor rotation and upper bleed position.

Fitment & Compatibility
Compare the installed rotor’s nominal width with this exact caliper version. Before assembly, verify pad sweep, caliper-to-wheel clearance and the hose fitting’s thread and sealing method.
This listing covers one caliper. Match the brake pads, rotor, hose and mounting arrangement to the complete brake system.
With over 20 years of experience, PMB Performance can help compare piston configuration and mounting geometry. Share the existing brake package and measured rotor dimensions before ordering.
