Product details
The Wilwood Forged Dynapro 6A shown here is specified for 0.81-inch rotor width, 5.25-inch lug mounting and 1.38/1.00/1.00-inch piston bores. This left-hand red 6-piston component is selected by brake-system geometry rather than vehicle year alone. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering manufactures disc brake components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses. Its range covers calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.
The DP6A combines a six-piston differential-bore arrangement with a reinforced bridge and 5.25-inch lug mounting. Check piston area as well as rotor width when replacing an earlier Dynapro or Dynalite caliper.
