Product details

Match this red Wilwood Forged Dynapro 6A to a brake assembly requiring 0.81-inch rotor width and 1.62/1.12/1.12-inch pistons. The left-hand 6-piston caliper uses 5.25-inch lug mounting rather than a vehicle-specific adapter supplied as a kit. Wilwood Engineering’s disc brake range includes calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977 in California; it is based in Camarillo and serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized brake applications.

The DP6A combines a six-piston differential-bore arrangement with a reinforced bridge and 5.25-inch lug mounting. Check piston area as well as rotor width when replacing an earlier Dynapro or Dynalite caliper.

Fitment & Compatibility

Identify the existing mounting bracket and compare its caliper centerline, hole spacing and radial position. Verify the piston configuration against the hydraulic system specification.

This listing covers one caliper. Match the brake pads, rotor, hose and mounting arrangement to the complete brake system.

With over 20 years of experience, PMB Performance can help compare piston configuration and mounting geometry. Share the existing brake package and measured rotor dimensions before ordering.
