Product details
This red right-hand Dynapro 6A combines a nominal 1.10-inch rotor-width cavity with six differential stainless pistons. The reinforced forged body uses 1.62/1.38/1.38-inch bores and internal brake-fluid passages. Wilwood Engineering is a Camarillo, California-based designer and manufacturer of disc brake systems, founded by Bill Wood in 1977. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines form its range for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.
Technical Details
- Manufacturer part number: 120-13432-RD. Component: Forged Dynapro 6A Lug Mount caliper.
- Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
- 6 stainless steel pistons with 1.62/1.38/1.38-inch bore groups. The specified effective area is 5.06 sq in.
- Piston dust boots: not fitted.
- Brake pad profile 6712; select friction material for the actual operating conditions.
- Red powder coat finish on a forged aluminum caliper body.
- Caliper weight: approximately 5.3 lb.
- The rotor channel is specified for 1.10-inch nominal width. Rotor outside diameter: 10.00 to 13.00 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 1.04–1.13 inch.
- 5.25-inch lug mounting pattern, right hand; mounting height 2.03 inches and hole size 0.39 inch.
- Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
Fitment & Compatibility
Check the wide rotor version separately from narrower calipers in the DP6A range. Match the 6712 pad format and 5.25-inch lug pattern, with the bracket centering the rotor and leaving adequate hat and wheel clearance.
