Product details

Wilwood’s 0.81-inch-width Billet Narrow Dynalite Radial has four 1.75-inch stainless pistons. The hard-anodized body uses internal fluid passages and a 4.75-inch radial pattern, with the side-inlet layout specified for this configuration. This component comes from Wilwood Engineering, established in 1977 by Bill Wood and based in Camarillo, California. Its disc brake design and manufacturing work includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized systems.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 120-13406-SI. Component: Billet Narrow Dynalite Radial Mount caliper.
  • Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
  • Bracket interface: 4.75-inch radial centers with 0.39-inch holes. Specified mount height: 1.24 inches; orientation: universal.
  • Nominal rotor width 0.81 inch; compatible outside diameter from 11.75 through 12.19 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 0.75–0.81 inch.
  • Caliper weight: approximately 3.2 lb.
  • Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
  • Construction and surface: billet aluminum housing finished in Type III anodize.
  • Pad fit is type 7816; 7216. Match the pad dimensions and compound to the rotor and intended braking conditions.
  • Piston dust boots: not fitted.
  • Bore configuration 1.75 inches across 4 pistons; piston material: stainless steel. Hydraulic effective area: 4.80 square inches.

Fitment & Compatibility

Compare the caliper inlet’s position with the available hose space, particularly on an inboard brake assembly. Check 0.75–0.81-inch rotor width, 11.75–12.19-inch diameter and the clearance required for the 7816 pads.
