Product details

This Billet Narrow Dynalite Radial caliper uses four equal 1.75-inch stainless pistons and a 0.38-inch nominal rotor-width cavity. Its Type III anodized billet body includes internal fluid transfer and a side-inlet arrangement for the intended compact installation. Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977; it is based in Camarillo, California, and its component range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 120-13405-SI. Component: Billet Narrow Dynalite Radial Mount caliper.
  • Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
  • Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
  • The rotor channel is specified for 0.38-inch nominal width. Rotor outside diameter: 11.75 to 12.19 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 0.32–0.38 inch.
  • 4.75-inch radial mounting pattern, universal; mounting height 1.24 inches and hole size 0.39 inch.
  • Caliper weight: approximately 3.2 lb.
  • Type III anodize finish on a billet aluminum caliper body.
  • Piston dust boots: not fitted.
  • Brake pad profile 7816; 7216; select friction material for the actual operating conditions.
  • 4 stainless steel pistons with 1.75-inch bore diameter. The specified effective area is 4.80 sq in.

Fitment & Compatibility

Verify 4.75-inch radial stud spacing and the 1.24-inch mounting height against the bracket. Use the 7816 pad format and a rotor within the 0.32–0.38-inch width range, with its centerline and friction radius correctly located.
