Product details

Wilwood’s black left AERO6 provides a six-piston differential arrangement in a forged radial housing. Each side has one 1.62-inch bore and two 1.12-inch bores, and internal ports replace an external fluid crossover tube. Wilwood Engineering, founded by Bill Wood in 1977, is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes and designs disc brake components and systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 120-13290-BK. Component: Aero6 Radial Mount caliper.
  • Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
  • Black powder coat finish on a forged aluminum caliper body.
  • Piston dust boots: not fitted.
  • 7.09-inch radial mounting pattern, left hand; mounting height 2.09 inches and hole size 0.45 inch.
  • Caliper weight: approximately 6.9 lb.
  • Brake pad profile 6617; select friction material for the actual operating conditions.
  • 6 stainless steel pistons with 1.62/1.12/1.12-inch bore groups. The specified effective area is 4.04 sq in.
  • The rotor channel is specified for 1.25-inch nominal width. Rotor outside diameter: 12.19 to 15.00 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 1.10–1.28 inch.
  • Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the intended master-cylinder volume to this piston layout. Check a 12.19–15.00-inch rotor diameter, nominal 1.25-inch width and the correct 7.09-inch radial attachment before confirming wheel fit.

Ask PMB Performance to check the complete brake arrangement before ordering. Our team brings over 20 years of experience; photographs and measured bracket and rotor dimensions make that check more useful.
