Product details
This hard-anodized right AERO4 is configured around the 6620 pad format and four differential 1.88/1.62-inch stainless pistons. It uses the forged AERO radial body with a 1.25-inch nominal rotor-width specification. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977, and the company is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and a component range of calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines serving motorsport, street-performance and specialized installations.
Technical Details
- Manufacturer part number: 120-13287. Component: Aero4 Radial Mount caliper.
- Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
- Piston dust boots: not fitted.
- Caliper weight: approximately 6.9 lb.
- Compatible brake pad shape: 6620; choose the required compound for the brake system.
- Body: forged aluminum; finish: Type III anodize.
- Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
- Mounting: radial, 7.09-inch centers; right hand orientation. Mount holes: 0.45 inch; height: 2.09 inches.
- Rotor compatibility: nominal width 1.25 inch; diameter 12.19–15.00 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 1.10–1.28 inch.

Fitment & Compatibility
Do not substitute a 6617-pad AERO4 solely because the mounting centers agree. Compare the complete pad dimensions, 7.09-inch radial pattern and rotor alignment, then verify the hydraulic volume of the chosen piston configuration.
