Product details

The anodized D154 is configured for a nominal 0.81-inch rotor width with two small 1.12-inch stainless pistons. It uses the GM metric floating mount and D154 pad arrangement. For motorsport, street-performance and specialized braking applications, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. The disc brake company was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 120-11875. Component: D154 Single & Dual Piston Floater caliper.
  • Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
  • Hydraulic inlet thread: M10 x 1.50. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
  • Pad fit is type D154. Match the pad dimensions and compound to the rotor and intended braking conditions.
  • Nominal rotor width 0.81 inch; compatible outside diameter from 11.00 through 12.19 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 0.70–0.81 inch.
  • Bore configuration 1.12 inches across 2 pistons; piston material: stainless steel. Hydraulic effective area: 1.98 square inches.
  • Caliper weight: approximately 4.6 lb.
  • Piston dust boots: not fitted.
  • Construction and surface: forged aluminum housing finished in Type III anodize.
  • Bracket interface: 5.46-inch floating centers with 0.69-inch holes. Specified mount height: 0.37 inches; orientation: universal.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the 1.98-square-inch hydraulic area to the required braking balance. Confirm the 5.46-inch slide-pin centers and actual rotor offset before replacing another D154 configuration.
