Product details
The wide-rotor FNDL combines four 1.38-inch stainless bores with a nominal 1.25-inch channel. Its forged Type III body retains the narrow pad arrangement and internal fluid passages. For motorsport, street-performance and specialized braking applications, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. The disc brake company was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California.
Technical Details
- Manufacturer part number: 120-11576. Component: Forged Narrow Dynalite caliper.
- Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
- Piston dust boots: not fitted.
- Bore configuration 1.38 inches across 4 pistons; piston material: stainless steel. Hydraulic effective area: 3.00 square inches.
- Pad fit is type 7816; 7216. Match the pad dimensions and compound to the rotor and intended braking conditions.
- Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
- Construction and surface: forged aluminum housing finished in Type III anodize.
- Nominal rotor width 1.25 inch; compatible outside diameter from 11.75 through 12.72 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 1.19–1.25 inch.
- Caliper weight: approximately 4.1 lb.
- Bracket interface: 3.50-inch lug centers with 0.45-inch holes. Specified mount height: 2.85 inches; orientation: universal.
Fitment & Compatibility
Confirm the wide rotor's centerline relative to the 3.50-inch lugs. Other Narrow Dynalite widths have similar external features; compare the actual bracket offset and 3.00-square-inch area before ordering.
