Product details

The nominal 1.10-inch rotor-width FSLI combines an anodized forged body with four 1.75-inch stainless pistons. Its 4.80-square-inch effective area and 7420 pad geometry suit a specifically matched brake circuit. Wilwood Engineering, founded by Bill Wood in 1977, is based in Camarillo, California. The company makes and designs disc brake components and systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 120-11135. Component: Forged Superlite Internal caliper.
  • Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
  • The rotor channel is specified for 1.10-inch nominal width. Rotor outside diameter: 11.75 to 13.06 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 0.94–1.10 inch.
  • Type III anodize finish on a forged aluminum caliper body.
  • Caliper weight: approximately 5.2 lb.
  • 4 stainless steel pistons with 1.75-inch bore diameter. The specified effective area is 4.80 sq in.
  • Brake pad profile 7420; select friction material for the actual operating conditions.
  • Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
  • Piston dust boots: not fitted.
  • 3.50-inch lug mounting pattern, universal; mounting height 2.85 inches and hole size 0.45 inch.

Fitment & Compatibility

Choose the intermediate-width body only after checking rotor offset and bracket alignment. All FSLI versions may look related, but their rotor-width channel and piston area must be compared individually.

Ask PMB Performance to check the complete brake arrangement before ordering. Our team brings over 20 years of experience; photographs and measured bracket and rotor dimensions make that check more useful.
