Product details
Red powder coat surrounds the four 1.75-inch stainless pistons on this Superlite Internal. A nominal 0.81-inch rotor-width channel and 7420 pad arrangement identify this particular FSLI body. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures disc brake systems, from calipers and brake rotors to master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized use.
Technical Details
- Manufacturer part number: 120-11134-RD. Component: Forged Superlite Internal caliper.
- Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
- Pad fit is type 7420. Match the pad dimensions and compound to the rotor and intended braking conditions.
- Bracket interface: 3.50-inch lug centers with 0.45-inch holes. Specified mount height: 2.85 inches; orientation: universal.
- Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
- Bore configuration 1.75 inches across 4 pistons; piston material: stainless steel. Hydraulic effective area: 4.80 square inches.
- Piston dust boots: not fitted.
- Caliper weight: approximately 5.2 lb.
- Construction and surface: forged aluminum housing finished in Red powder coat.
- Nominal rotor width 0.81 inch; compatible outside diameter from 11.75 through 13.06 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 0.75–0.84 inch.
Fitment & Compatibility
Use the 4.80-square-inch area when comparing hydraulic specifications. The caliper's 3.50-inch mounting pattern still requires the correct lateral offset and an unobstructed bleed position.
With 20+ years of experience, PMB Performance can help compare the actual brake hardware. Supply the caliper number, rotor dimensions and mounting measurements when asking about compatibility.
