Product details
Four 1.75-inch stainless pistons equip this black FSLI caliper. Its forged body combines the nominal 0.81-inch rotor-width channel with 4.80 square inches of effective piston area and internal crossover passages. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc braking systems. Its motorsport, street-performance and specialized range covers calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, selected as parts of a complete system.
Technical Details
- Manufacturer part number: 120-11134-BK. Component: Forged Superlite Internal caliper.
- Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
- 3.50-inch lug mounting pattern, universal; mounting height 2.85 inches and hole size 0.45 inch.
- Black powder coat finish on a forged aluminum caliper body.
- Caliper weight: approximately 5.2 lb.
- The rotor channel is specified for 0.81-inch nominal width. Rotor outside diameter: 11.75 to 13.06 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 0.75–0.84 inch.
- Piston dust boots: not fitted.
- 4 stainless steel pistons with 1.75-inch bore diameter. The specified effective area is 4.80 sq in.
- Brake pad profile 7420; select friction material for the actual operating conditions.
- Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
Fitment & Compatibility
Verify master-cylinder output and brake balance before selecting this larger-bore configuration. Rotor placement, lug geometry and hose clearance must also suit the actual bracket and wheel.
