Product details

The Type III anodized FSLI uses four equal 1.75-inch stainless pistons in a nominal 0.81-inch rotor-width body. Its 4.80-square-inch effective piston area is a critical distinction from smaller-bore Superlite calipers. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 120-11134. Component: Forged Superlite Internal caliper.
  • Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
  • Body: forged aluminum; finish: Type III anodize.
  • Compatible brake pad shape: 7420; choose the required compound for the brake system.
  • Rotor compatibility: nominal width 0.81 inch; diameter 11.75–13.06 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 0.75–0.84 inch.
  • Pistons: 4 stainless steel; bore specification: 1.75 inches. Effective piston area: 4.80 sq in.
  • Mounting: lug, 3.50-inch centers; universal orientation. Mount holes: 0.45 inch; height: 2.85 inches.
  • Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
  • Piston dust boots: not fitted.
  • Caliper weight: approximately 5.2 lb.

Fitment & Compatibility

Measure the bracket offset as well as the 3.50-inch hole spacing. The 7420 pad geometry, rotor centerline and hydraulic area must correspond to the complete brake package.
