Product details

The Dynapro Single Lightweight is a two-piston billet caliper with a 3.25-inch lug-mount pattern. Built for compact brake installations including sprint-car arrangements, this version uses 1.75-inch stainless pistons and a nominal 0.38-inch rotor width. Camarillo, California is home to Wilwood Engineering, the disc brake company Bill Wood founded in 1977. Its design and manufacturing range spans calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized brake systems.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 120-10188. Component: Dynapro Single LW caliper.
  • Supply: one brake caliper, not a complete axle brake kit. Match the mating rotor, pads, bracket and connection hardware to the installation.
  • Bore configuration 1.75 inches across 2 pistons; piston material: stainless steel. Hydraulic effective area: 2.40 square inches.
  • Hydraulic inlet thread: 1/8-27 NPT. Use a fitting with the correct thread and sealing seat.
  • Pad fit is type 6812. Match the pad dimensions and compound to the rotor and intended braking conditions.
  • Construction and surface: billet aluminum housing finished in Type III anodize.
  • Bracket interface: 3.25-inch lug centers with 0.39-inch holes. Specified mount height: 1.92 inches; orientation: universal.
  • Caliper weight: approximately 2.2 lb.
  • Nominal rotor width 0.38 inch; compatible outside diameter from 6.00 through 13.00 inches. Specified rotor-width limits: 0.25–0.38 inch.
  • Piston dust boots: not fitted.

Fitment & Compatibility

Compare the mounting height and 6812 pad sweep with the existing bracket and rotor. The LW model's 3.25-inch spacing differs from other Dynapro Single versions; the family name alone is not enough to choose a replacement.

Ask PMB Performance to check the complete brake arrangement before ordering. Our team brings over 20 years of experience; photographs and measured bracket and rotor dimensions make that check more useful.
