Weber 32/36 DFEV Progressive Carburetor Kit for Dual-Port VW Engines

The Weber 32/36 DFEV uses a progressive two-barrel layout: the primary barrel handles lower throttle openings and the secondary opens as more throttle is applied. This kit mounts a single carburetor in the center of an upright, dual-port VW engine and includes the intake manifold, linkage, and air cleaner. The electric choke requires the appropriate electrical connection, and the manifold's heat-riser connections are an essential part of the installation.

Fitment & Compatibility

Select for a compatible 1600cc dual-port upright engine. Check the installed end castings, throttle-cable connection, fuel delivery, and exhaust heat-riser provision. Redline's instructions call for manifold heat and final choke, idle, and jetting checks for the actual engine and operating conditions. This is not the pancake-engine kit for a Type 3 or late Type 2.
