This kit renews the clamped connections where tailpipes fit a stock-style VW muffler. It brings together the clamps, sealing pieces, and fasteners needed for both outlets, rather than supplying the tailpipes themselves. Renewing those joints is useful when loose clamps or deteriorated seals allow exhaust leakage around otherwise serviceable pipes.
