The RennShift G50 shifter is back!
If you're dealing with a finicky G50 shifter in your '87-'89 Porsche 911, the RennShift is back and better than ever at PMB Performance! JWest Engineering brings this amazing beast to life for smoother, more reliable shifts. This setup ditches that old ball cup bushing that's notorious for failing and stranding you mid-drive.
You'll get noticeably crisper shifting thanks to a 20% shorter throw and parts machined to tight tolerances. The upper stick is stainless steel, and you can choose from black, machined soft-satin, or polished finishes. Plus, it's adjustable for height so you can dial it in just right for your driving position.
The top end mimics the factory shifter design, with M8 threads and a flat spot for your original knob. It even works with aftermarket ones like the 917 wood knob, which screws straight into the 8mm-1.25 thread.
It comes complete with a new shift rod bushing and O-rings, so you can refresh the whole assembly—no need for a separate bushing kit. Instructions are straightforward and included. Oh, and it fits the '89 911 Turbo with the G50 gearbox too.
