The Fabspeed Competition Intake replaces the original Porsche 997.1 Carrera airbox with a carbon-fiber intake and reusable dry filters. It increases induction sound and offers a separate adapter choice for cars converted to a GT3 throttle body. Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, is home to Fabspeed Motorsport. The company engineers sports-car exhaust systems, air intakes and ECU tuning, including Porsche applications, with product development involving dyno, road and racetrack evaluation.
