The Fabspeed Competition Intake replaces the original airbox on a Porsche 996 GT3 with a carbon-fiber intake and twin dry filters. It exposes more induction sound and has specific installation considerations on cars with changed plenums or throttle bodies. Fabspeed Motorsport is based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, where it develops exhaust, intake and ECU-tuning products for Porsche and other sports cars. Its development work includes dynamometer testing and evaluation on the road and racetrack.
