Product details
The Maxflo cat-back replaces the Porsche 993 Carrera side mufflers with a perforated-core stainless design for a fuller sound while retaining muffling. It offers compatible original-tip reuse or oval outlets matched to narrow- or wide-body configurations. Based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, Fabspeed Motorsport designs exhaust systems, air intakes and ECU tuning for Porsche and other sports cars. Dynamometer testing, road evaluation and racetrack development inform its product range.

- Manufacturer product family: FS.POR.993.MAXXX. The selected configuration determines the complete part number.
- Mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel.
- Fabspeed reports 15 lb less weight than the original rear mufflers.
- Manufacturer testing distinguishes approximately 14 wheel horsepower from its 17.5 crank-horsepower figure.
- Reuses the original ball-joint clamps; the original metal exhaust donut is not required by this design.
- Covered by the Fabspeed Lifetime Warranty, subject to its terms and exclusions.
