We're really excited to offer this one. We've partnered with our friends at Elephant Racing to pair our industry unmatched caliper restoration service with their top quality radial mount bracket. This kit is a true bolt-on, and comes with all necessary mounting hardware, and includes a full set of stainless steel brake hoses.
This kit allows you to install a much stronger and more modern Porsche Boxster brake caliper setup to your air cooled 911. The Boxster's caliper is an aluminum body four piston Brembo that carries an enormous pad size increase, much better heat dissipation, and runs over a larger drilled rotor for braking performance that meets or exceeds professional race cars of your 911/912's original era. These calipers can be purchased through PMB (call for availability) Performance, or cores can be supplied by yourself to be restored and modified in house.

BOXSTER S and 996 FRONT CALIPERS ARE TOO LARGE AND WILL NOT FIT
The Elephant Racing caliper mounting bracket is made of high quality billet aluminum with a dark silver anodized finish. The Front bracket is designed to mount to any factory Porsche 911 3.5" front strut (those found on the F-Model 911S, and the later 911SC and Carrera). The rear bracket works with both aluminum and steel rear LWB trailing arms. Note for aluminum trailing arm cars, the heat shield mounting ears must be removed for the bracket to fit.
PMB has taken the art of painted caliper restorations to a new level. We retain the factory anodizing and never sandblast the finish off your calipers. We use factory seals only and we replicate the original factory paint processes to get your caliper looking better than new.
Complete restoration for your Boxster calipers includes:
- Complete disassembly to bare core.
- Removal of stuck or frozen pistons.
- Removal of old paint (even powder coating mishaps).
- Rebuilding with factory seals.
- Masking and protecting unpainted areas.
- Two-part epoxy primer.
- Standard or custom* base coat.
- Standard or even custom branding**.
- 3 coats of high temp clear coat.
- Replating all applicable springs and pad plates.
