Product details

A 4340 chromoly swing axle in the standard length of 26 11/16 inches, for 1961–1966 Type 1 cars. EMPI also makes a long, 28 7/16 inch version. These are built for drag racing, sand, and off-road use.

Tighten the axle nut with a torque wrench. An impact gun should not be used.
